Wont start!!

Wont start!!
I have a 2000 tacoma 4wd automatic that wont start.
When you turn the ignition on to start it everything lights up.the battery is charged.the wires to the starter are plugged in.i just cant figure it out.
i was welding on the frame to repair my motor mount perches.i did have the battery unplugged.i have triple checked everything.help me
