96 4runner
i had an exposed wire behind my stereo that shorted out the running lights. it ended up melting the wire that goes into the tail light fuse causing it to melt through to a couple other wires in the fuse box. now the lights only come on when i pull the brights (not push)
any ideas? would this be a bad switch?
please help

 

I had the same problem tonight but i dont know what cause it to short out that bad and now the whole fuse box has heat damage from the melting wires. plz help wireing is DUMB
