will this work on my 95 3.0 4runner

It says its for a toyota truck but im not sure if they had a different ECT than the 4runner.

hmm, i dunno, ive never heard of it, but it increases ur hp and tq, but you keep the same gas mileage? it has its cake, and eats it too!!! lol j/k, but in all seriousness i wouldn't mind knowing how it works, b/c it doesnt say, either that or im just blind, which is also very possible. anyone else have ideas?

It makes the computer think the engine is colder than it is. So it add more fuel and timing.

The gas mileage probably is affected but not by much. I know others on this board have done this mod with good results. I just dont know if the truck and 4Runner would take the same one.

thats kinda what i was figuring, prolly nothing more then a potentiometer in a fancy box, id be kinda leery.

Exactly what I think it is. You can do the same thing yourself for probably less than $5.
