Brand new has a few scuff marks on header from trying to be installed but will not fit a Toyota Celica it is made for a Toyota 4 Runner or a Toyota Pickup with the 2.4L 22R-E or 22R-EC may possibly fit a 20R as well

 

It looks like it should, and it definatly should if it really is for a 22re engine.

 

dont sweat it if the header is for a 22r and a truck it should work if you get the exhaust manifold off and the ports are different round versus pear shaped dont worry the header will work toyota changed port shapes between the 20r and 22r series of motors
$175 does seem kinda pricey
shop around you might find a better price
some guys have the Hedman or Pacesetter headers which this looks like
do a search and compare
the 2 brands will work but are not as high quality as other brands Downey or LCE

 

20R and early 22R have round exhaust ports and 7 studs. late 22R('85-95) has pear shaped ports and 8 studs. i know the stock manifolds won't swap, but i've heard of some headers that'll interchange.
