That tire is ~31.6" tall and 9.6" wide. I don't know what the BS of the wheels are but if the BS is ~4.5" (+ or -), they should fit fine.
The big question is, WHY?
Bigger wheels/shorter tire sidewalls will ride rougher, release a bead easier when aired down, must be run at a higher pressure when wheeling, allow the rim to be damaged easier on obstacles, wont allow the tire to smear on obstacles as much.

Why?! Gerdo.... BLING, ofcourse, thats why! lol..... Yes, I am aware of all the things you mentioned and agree with you but I don't wheel.... I do a butt load of hwy miles, its a road/surf trip rig and about only off raod it sees is the beach. Currently running Les Schwabs 255/85 on LC rims and it all fits fine. Real reason why is that I need new tires b4 winter anyways and am looking at about $900 for the set I want (Revos). Anyways, after some thinking and wheeling/dealing this makes more sense. Plus, it might be kinda cool to roll on a set of OEM 20's? How wide are those rims/tires? 245 or 9.6" sounds skinny, no? My current 255/85 is already skinny. The LC's are 8". I wonder if the wheel/tire combo will be heavier?

+1 on why. But everyone does their own thing.
If you do it, post some pics. Now that you can get a 2010 Limited for less than $30K, sell your 2000 for a down payment if $$$ is not tight.
Check the 5th gen T4R.org forum and I'll bet you will be able to find some of those rims for cheap.
