I agree that this has been done for a while now. I did it with my old car, my Datsun 210(RIP 1998). I used that mesh for the grille, and I used the perforated aluminum mesh (small round holes) for the headlights. I might consider it on my truck if they had some that was black anodized since I hate all the remaining chrome on my rig.

Yeah, back in '77, I made a sweet mesh grill for my bike with the bannana seat. It was pretty rad.
I didn't realize this had been around for such a long time. You mean everything there are ideas that are generated outside of Yotatech?

Just go to Home Depot or Lowes and pick up a 4' x 8' sheet of the expanded aluminum for $6, rip it into 36" x 6" strips (20 of them per sheet) and sell EACH for $5... That's a profit of $94 PER SHEET plus the profit he's making on shipping!
Not a bad racket!

Whoever that is, they live in my home town (Albany, Oregon). Looks like they're running things out of an apartment complex, but their domain (eurogrills.com) is registered to Nik Fowler in Longview Washington.
