The 5 spd option on the 4 cylinder seems to be discontinued as of 2018: https://toyotanews.pressroom.toyota....oss+lineup.htm

The 5-speed manual transmission is discontinued for 2018, though the 6-speed manual transmission remains available on certain models.
'Certain models' meaning higher cost packages with the V6 motor.

Other than the manual trans, you can get a basic 4 cyl 2WD pickup built on their configurator for a $23,6K MSRP. Partway through the build, there's an available -$1700 option that drops the price down from the SR model MSRP.
