One of the benefits of having the polished wheels though is that you can use one of these fancy wheel polishers.

It gets the job done on this guy's Mustang.

Heh, and the sexy car polisher shows up again. I didn't even have to look and I knew what Corey was talking about... I need to find me one of them. She must be in hundreds of posts around different forums.

The forum where the pics were taken from, the post had the pics taken out by the owner of the 'Stang I think.

His girlfriend busted him, and did not like her "bust" showing up all over the place

Yeh, thats one lucky dude... There is a third pic that shows the whole garage, he has an R1 on the far right corner too... still waiting for that drool smiley! As for the wheels. Eventually, and Ideally, I would have two sets... A polished set... my fav are still the procomps (i believe) that keisur is running, and have either some cheap-o tires on it for day to day, then have some cheap black rims with good MT rubber. I just hear people having wear problems with M/T tires, and I would eat them up b/c my A/Ts are getting smaller by the day with my drive to work.

Good luck on your decision.

IMO, it is totally dependant on the color of the rig. Black rig, black wheels. Any other color rig, polished wheels.

Black- I'm a form follows fuction guy, so anything that serves a purpose has more appeal to me. So, I like plain Jane black wagon wheels. Besides being cheap to buy (and replace), have you ever tried to hammer an alloy wheel back into shape? It dudnt werk too good. I have crunched an alloy wheel bad enough it wouldn't hold air, AND by that time it was discontinued, and I couldn't buy a replacement. That left three very pretty, very useless wheels.
