What's this connector on front timing cover
Where does this connector come from and go to? I hope it has something to do with my awful running 3.4 I've swapped in.

Second pic is my motor. First pic is a stock photo of the wire I'm missing.

TPS, I think, but don't quote me. I do know they don't run too well if at all with that uplugged. Wiring harness on top and in front of the engine, just behind where the plug wires can be seen.

Ah...I couldn't remember what the thing is called that that plugs into. That makes sense it's not the tps given where it goes. Should've thought harder on that. Crank sensor? I am sorry I can't remember. I am sure about the rest of it. Can take pic if you want.

Thanks Goat. An unplugged camshaft sensor will surely cause my horrible running! Now the problem is that I can't find any wires that aren't hooked up. Hopefully a pic will help.

OK, I have the top part the goes to the top of the timing cover. I'm missing the bottom wires. The male connector.
Edit: First picture wasn't my motor. The connector shown on that picture is the one I'm missing. I'm going to post a pic of what I have.

You might need to buy a whole new cam position sensor since the connector comes on that.

The Camshaft Position Sensor Assy P/N 19300-62010 is about $106 + shipping from the online Toyota sources and just the sensor is $88+ 90919-05021 (sensor without the mount, it appears):

I will I will! In the morn. I'm positive it's there. I'm also positive that I've managed to yank the wires out by accident during the swap. Hopefully they can be repaired. I'll update in the AM

thanks dudes.
