Question What was the very first thing you did?

Ok, when you first got your 4Runner what was the very first
*Service you performed?
*Mod you performed?
*Toy you bought for your Runner?

My first service was changing the engine oil even though the Nissan dealer I got it from said they serviced it. I just wanted it done right and with Castrol GTX oil & a fram filter.

My first mod was taking the running boards OFF.

My first toy I bought for the Runner were a set of 31x10.5 Wild Country MT's.

And yours are?

fram filters = bad. no anti-drainback valve. you'll be replacing the timing chain much sooner than if you were to spend the extra $1.25 and get an oem toyota filter.

First thing I did was replace the clutch, and brakes, to make sure everything was good, then oil and tune up. About two weeks after I got it my first toy was a stereo. The later came the ranchos, and air box mod

Service: put in 91 gas! And of course changed oil, air filter and diff. fluids

Mod: added Pioneer CD/MP3 player. After that speakers, amp, sub...

Toy: kind of goes along with mods, but something that I added and something that wasn't an emergency... That probably will be Yakima roof rack.

The fluids was the first thing.

I think my tint was the second thing that I did.

My toy would have to be the subs.

Thumbs up First things first

First I got Amsoil Air filter, Amsoil Oil filter, Amsoil 5-30 oil and Amsoil 75-90 gear lube.

The air filter is in with the first mod (Deckplate)

Will do the fluids and clean MAF and TB when it stops raining/snowing for a few hours

As of Jan 16th I've had it for a month and gone 1500 miles
Running boards will be off when I get SAW/OME's
I think I got the fever for the flava

Well what if I dont have a timing chain? I have heard what your saying before though about Fram sucking arse. So besides having to replace what I dont have what is the real damage? Blue

Bought from a dealer and it had just been serviced.

I bought a "Toyota" grille guard and PIAA 959 Projectors. That lasted about a year until my wife bent the GG on the garage.
