I need to find some of that rubber channel inside the door which the window travels up and down against, sealing the passenger window and the glass. I'm not even sure what it's called. Trim? Channel? A little strip must have been torn off somehow. I found this out while washing the truck with a soon the be wet (and angry) wife inside. Where should I look for this stuff? What is it called?

 

Try JC whitney. they have a ton of stuff like that for windows.

 

Tried them. They don't carry anything for imports it seems. I WAS told that it is called "Run channel" and I can only seem to buy it in $50 sets.

 

Salvage yard?

 

Well, I lucked out. Got it for free from a salvage yard (Had a $5 off coupon!) Better than paing $90 at the stealership! Tough to find a 4Runner in a salvage yard . . . .
