What Kind of floor jack do you use for front end???
I have been looking for a floor jack that would lift the front of my runner but nothing seems tall enough. what does every one use???

This is what I got:

Only lifts it up a few inches beyond the PP lift, but enough to make it more comfy working underneath.

jack it with wood spacers on the jack? dont know how safe it is but thats how i got my 32'son my old truck when i was putting in the engine and stuff.

That is how I always raise the front end, and put a jack stand under the control arm.

Gets the tires all the way off the ground if you need to change one.

I am looking at getting the Craftsman 3 1/2 ton jack with the stands, chocks, pad, four way wheel spanner, and some other stuff for $100.00
but at sams club they have a Michelin 3 1/2 Ton Floor Jack for $59.27

I'd never work underneath it like that...
I have the craftsman 3.5 ton like bob's. I love it. Got it for x-mas so I don't know the price.
I also use the control arm mount block as a jocking point, it gets the tires off the ground well enough.
