What color-code are the stock 99 Springs?

So I was looking over my front springs tonight and they got me thinking. Ive seen other 99 4runners and the fronts look alot lower than mine. So now, are others just saggey and Im not, or do I have different coils? My coils are blue/blue (left) and blue/red (right) I know that the 1999s came with different coils and they are set up alittle higher. My one friend has a 1999 SR5, same as mine only its black. He has 30k less miles and his front sits about 1 inch lower than mine. so why? i dont know, I just bought the rig in september and the guy before me put alot of extra goodies on it (brush guard, wind deflectors, etc) so Im wondering if he upgraded the front? i have a feeling they are just the stockers but I figured Id throw it out there. any thoughts?
