What bolts up to what?

I dont know about you guys but I have a list of Toyota engines here that I like to piece together combos "What Bolts to what" in regards to engine and tranny(Transfer cases).

Heres what i got so far:

1mz, 3mz, 3vz-fe,3vz-e,5vz, 3s, POSSIBLY 1GR/2GR all bolt up to the same trannys (A/E series)

Do the 4banger engines bolt to the v6 trannys (except for the 3s)?

I am working on a large project here and i want to gather as much info as possible.

Thanks!

Also too... as far as I know the 3vz and 5vz dont share the same bolt pattern as the 22RE, but I dont know about the 2.7L ( whatever that one is, I forget )

The 22r-te (turbo truck 4 banger) uses an 'R' series transmission (5 speed), as also does the 3vze V6. Basically those 2 engines run the same drivetrain because they have close to the same power output. Based on this, one could bolt up a 22re or 22rte to the V6 transmission as long as they use the turbo (22rte) bellhousing.

This could get fun.
Lessee, the AX15 is the same trans as the R150F and since all Dodge (truck) engines have a common pattern, the 4.2 & 4.0 sixes AND 318, 360, 4.7, 5.1, 5.7 etc (yes, including the Hemi) all can be bolted to the R150F transmission with a Jeep/Dodge bellhousing.
Then there's the Aussie bellhousings for the Lexus V8
And of course aftermarket bellhousings and adapters that allow Chevy and Ford engines to go in, or engine/trans combos to go in......

how about the 22re to the 3rz/2rz?

Also if i can recall all the UZ series can bolt to the R150 as well

The R150 is also the A150 from the mr2 tranny AS WELL as the AWD Celica & Solara so they all go hand in hand.

Oh and im always throwing ideas around...my office walls is starting to fill up with papers of ideas

Oh and check out my 3vz-e cam development

So theoretically with enough fab work a Lexus V8 could be transplanted into a Solara? Now THAT would give those supercharged Grand Prix's a run for their $$!!

Do I understand this correctly?
I have a 22r with stock trans, eventually will change to a 5vz and r150f trans with dual cases.
Here's the deal. My transmission is starting to howl terrible. I want to swap out the transmission and do the dual case upgrade now and when I can afford more swap out the engine.
Here is what I understand - the r150f can be mounted to a 22r block if I use the bell housing from the 22rte. When I put in the v6 I can swap the bell housing. If I want to put my 83 transfer doubled up with the newer r150f, I will need to change the 21 spline shaft to a 23.
Is this right?
