maybe with your next paycheck you can have the door handles shaved and get an eye scanner, then you can get a finger print access to start it and operate the truck

anyways goodluck with your new toys, test out the siren on some unsuspecting individuals and hope they don't try and brake in again.
I saw a car the other day with shaved handles it looked cool, then i started to think what my 4runner would look like. Then i thought of the cost and said forget it.

he meant they ripped the brain out and took off with it. Thats basically the whole alarm. If its not hidden well or secured down all you have to do is rip it out and everything els eis useless.

good call on the pager, whats the point if you dont know its going off.

ive had five break-ins over the years in all kinds of different cars, no one is safe, dont think just because you have stock wheels it wont happen to you!

its something that goes with having nice systems, thats why i depend on lots of shock sensors, back up sirens, and pagers. they have allowed me to keep my stuff for a long time now.

Wow... the ride looks great! Too bad that tint wouldn't fly here in Jersey!

Sorry to hear about the theft. Pisses me off when ˟˟˟˟˟heads do things to other people's money.

It may keep you from getting your truck inspected if they check the tint. If that is the case, go out to some little po-dunk town and have it done there (make sure your windows are already rolled down). Otherwise, you may want to talk to some people and see if you can come up with someone that does inspections. How do I know this? My tint reads 1.8% all the way around. The theives can't see in my truck if they wanted to.

Enjoy the tint. I love mine.

EDIT: Usually places that do tint won't put on illegal tint because then they are responsible if there is an accident or you get a ticket. I wouldn't worry about it, but it's worth looking into.

Sorry to hear the bad news. FYI, I just installed a hidden fuel pump cut-off switch that works like a charm. They might be able to bust in, but they're going to have to work to steal my ride. I've got a Viper 550HT alarm.

I had parked my Z28 in the driveway at home, activated the alarm and went to bed. The next morning, I found that my alarm, T-Tops, leather gear shift knob, radio and accessories and the alarm itself gone. I did not hear the alarm or the breaking glass.

On the flip side, I'm glad to see that you made a nice recovery with the eclipse deck and all. Pics ain't half bad. I hope that your alarm is worth it's weight in yotas (out version of GOld...lol)

No, I did not. Like a dumbas$, I left my wallet in the glove box. The car had an alarm, right? It was safe. Replacing/canceling all of my cards and other info was more of a pain than replacing the T-tops.
