Video - Driveshaft Play, Is It Normal?

I took this video of the play my driveshaft has. It was in neutral, rear end jacked up and that was just me twisting it back and forth with my hand. Sometimes I feel a "clunk" when I take off. If I pay more attention when taking off I can take off without it "clunking". Maybe Im just becomoing a lazier driver but Ive never really noticed it that much until recently. I changed the diff fluid and there were no metal shavings. Is this kind of play normal? I am about to replace the u-joints and carrier bearing just because. Not real sure if theyre actually bad but it has just over 160k and theyre all the original ones. Truck has seen a lot of harsh offroad environments too. Its a 98 3.4L 5-speed manual tcase/hubs.

I have at least that much driveline play. 325,500 miles and all u-joints are original. I grease everything underneath every few oil changes.
