Did you fully open those side vents? There should be a little rotating nob on the bottom of those vents which regulates the air flow....

How much airflow comes outa what vent is decided by what you have selected like "defrost" "defrost + feet" "Head" or whatever i can't think of the names or anythign so hopefully you know what im getting at... try moving that and see if you get a different result

yea, when it is set at the head, the air flow is still very low. :pat: i was thinking along the lines of maybe the cabin air filter needs to be changed or is there someting blocking the vents for the driver side and the passenger side vents closest to the doors.

i dont know about yours, but my 01 has like basically a constant air flow coming out of there no matter what setting its on. its not as strong as whatever direction i set it in (ie, if i select head, the center air vents are strongest with a smaller wind coming out the sides... if i select feet only, the feet vents are strongest w/ a smaller wind coming out the sides. same for defrost, etc)

thats just how it is. if i want that air to stop, i have to close them. otherwise, its a wispy wind.

i think those are meant to be continuous (and not strong) for defrosting the side windows or something, namely because this winter, id turn the air flow toward the windows and theyd defog right away.
