VAF Info for 3VZE

VAF (like MAF) Info for 3VZE
Hi there. I checked my VAF for resistance and it checks out ok with the exception of
E1-FC when plate is not closed. It is supposed to be 0 ohms and mine is .4-.5 ohms.
Does anyone know what problems if any this incorrect reading would cause?
