transfer case questions

transfer case questions
is the transfer case and adapter the same bolt pattern for the 3rd gen 4runners/tacomas for auto and manuals?
(i have a broken spare 96 4runner tranny 5sp with the transfer case)
i plan on doing a a340e/f hybrid for my 1uz swap eventually
afaik i need the output shaft oil gear and transfer case from a a340f to make the a340e become 4x4. just tryin to avoid buying another tranny if i dont have too
