i have a 94 ext cab 5spd V6, and 90 percent of the time when i shift from 1st to 2nd gear it clanks into 2nd. also 4th gear doesn't seem to engage all the way in, it engages but only seems to go halfway in. I hoping its just the clutch, but i dont know fro sure. Any replys would be helpful.

Sounds like two separate problems, neither of which is probably clutch related. The problem from 1st to 2nd sounds like a syncro problem. The problem with it not feeling like it is all the way into 4th may be a worn shifter bushing. Do a search on the shifter bushings, and you will find a wealth of info.
