I started a 2 day subscription to Toyota's TIS system. I'm grabbing all of 1999 4Runner pdfs. If you want another year, let me know by 5pm EST 11/22/17.

UPDATE:

I have the EWD (Electrical Wiring Diagrams) for:

'92 4Runners
'95 4Runners
'98 4Runners
'99 4Runners
'99 Tacomas
'01 4Runners

Just be aware that their electronic database is spotty on vehicles older than 1990.

@old87yota was right in this case, there is no wiring diagram listed and only a handful of TSBs which I'll grab for you.

The electrical diagram for 1999 4runner. It should be about the same for my '99 Tacoma.

is it still available? I'd like to have an Defogger EWD for the 1998 4Runner, but the one from either a 1996 or 1997 should be alright

Do you still have the one for the 99 Taco? Looking for the pin-out for the instrument cluster for a base 2wd and a SR5....both manuals.
