TOTAL CHAOS alignment question?
Question for anyone with experience with Total Chaos upper arms and stock lower arms...
Does anyone know if late Taco or 4runners can still be aligned within factory specs... with mild lift spacers or adjusted up SAW, Fox or King coil overs and Total Chaos arms? The arms are longer which helps the knuckle to spring clearance and allows you to adjust the lower control arms out as well...but can you still get 0 deg camber and caster within spec?
Take Care,
Brian at ProtechEZLift.com
PS Are there "still available" any other good upper arms (Late Taco, 4Runner, Tundra) on the market???

Sorry I didn't answer this question at the other forum, but I couldn't find the post today. Since I didn't install my long travel kit for lift, I have mine adjusted as low as I needed to get proper wheel clearances. But from doing test with travel the only limitation is in having too much angle on the front axle. If your running as a 2WD then you could go a bit further. The lower portion of the spindle does get extremely close to the A-arm at full droop, between that and the Uniball reaching maximum angle, your not gonna get much more. as for camber, I had no problem getting - and + camber fully extended.

Thanks!
Thanks for your input BruceTS! Do you know if ATS or anyone else is still making upper arms? I have heard that ATS sold rights to Inland Trucks or something like that. What is price? What's the best deal you (or anyone else) have seen on Total Chaos upper only?
