Sway Away makes good torsion bars. Get them

here

I think Downey makes them also.

why do you need to replace your torsion bars? Since you don't have a winch bumper I'd say get some stock ones. People are always getting the sway aways, so you should be able to pick some up for free. If you're patient, you can have mine if I ever get an ARB bumper, but I don't know when that's going to happen.

Do a search on torsion bars. The Sway-A-Way (SAW) are pretty popular, but will give you a pretty harsh ride unless you mount a heavy ARB bumper or equivalent (see Corey's page).

I've never seen a torsion bar break.
What makes you think you need a new set?

Are you 100% sure its not control arm bushings? If so, how?

Sorry, I think we're all just a little skeptical when you say you can feel the springs are worn out or are old. I've never heard of a spring "dying" except if it sags or cracks in half. What do you mean by ratty? Do you mean it rattles?
