A Craftsman I bought probably about 10 years or more ago.

This must be the model # here in this pic.

It is 3/8" drive, and I don't see that model on their site, it's been replaced by a newer one.

Works great, and I just used it two weekends ago to torque my Aisin hub bolts.

Can't remember what I paid for it back then, but I know it was not cheap.
If anything, this looks like it.

I'm going to buy a Snap-on. In the meantime I have a Pittsburgh 1/2" from Harbor Freight. I wouldn't rebuild an engine with it but its plenty good for tightening bolts everywhere else on the truck.

Mac, Matco, Snap-On...they are all really good stuff, and I would buy them if I could afford them. Those guys used to bring their trucks around once a week to the shop during the summer, and I used to drool every time I stepped onto their rolling showrooms....

I have 3 Torque wrenches (I am a mechanic though)

1. Snap-On 50-250 FT LBS 1/2" drive
2. Snap-On 10-70 FT LBS 3/8" drive
3. Proto 5-200 Inch LBS 3/8" drive

#1 cost about $225 off the Snap-On truck

#2 cost $115 on EBAY (new)

#3 cost $25 at Boeing surplus

At work I also use a 600 FT LBS 3/4" drive and a 1000 FT LBS 1" drive (it hurts just to pick it up!)

No. You used to haul the 600 pounder!

Just heard yesterday that 757 final assy will only have 8 people by late this year. Also heard Renton may be converted to condos and shopping (Boeing has asked for zoning change according to KIRO)

I think I did see the 1000 lb one hanging up in the shop one time.

Yep, I saw an email yesterday.
Looks like the 737 line is going North to Everett, and no more Renton plant.
Also Auburn is going South to Portland.

I think they are at that stage right now.
I was over in Renton the other day and they had only one 737 and one 757 in the factory.
I probably saw a whole 30 people in the factory

There is a rumor today that Boeing will make some type of announcement?

Send anything you want down this way, Corey, we could use all the help we can get.
