I got some front end damage and going with a T-17,
but I'm wondering which one to get.
From what I've read there's one for the prado, 4runner, and tacoma that fit.
I have a 97 with black matte flares and I don't want the ends to stick out.
Is the 4runner not as wide as the prado.
Also I saw that the tacoma one is a direct fit, but which year tacoma fits.
I think I want to go with that one, the price is great.

stick with the 4runner bumper, i have limted flares and the flares have about half inch on each side till the bumper is wide enough, if you have the smaller flares it should line right up.

 

get one with out a winch mount

 

why?

i have the 17 and like blake said, the limited flares stick out 1/2 on each side but barely noticeable. even if your not going to use the winch, put a license plate over it so when you sell it, its that much easier. i don't think they sell it without a winch mount anyhow

ive been stuck a few times where going forward would of got me even stuck more .... i like the t15 my self

yeah the 15 is a 17 with hoops...some like em and some hate em!

just sayin if i had a fixed front winch it would of been useless for me

 

well yeah it woulda been useless but it wouldnt have HURT you. a winch is useful far more than it is useless or even hurts you

like an arb bullbar, i tried to find one, but they are unavailable, and trying to get one shipped from aussieland would be killer...

there is someone on here with a 00 model that has a t13 iirc.

 

If you get the T17 and want hoops later, you can just build some. could even make a stinger like Ric or others have.

go with the T17 for now since this really wasnt a planned mod to begin with.

Just read about the guy with the T-13. I wish i would have known about that bumper. I would have bought it instead of my T-15!!!

I realize it's not easily attainable (sp?) but i travel constantly. I'm posting from Manila, Philippines right now, so i think i could get my hands on it.
