Tires too big?

I just bought a set of 31"x13.5" Mickey Thompson Baja's on a 15x10 rim... They ride a little funny... I have a steering stabilizer on the truck now, but I am thinking I need to rebuild some of the rubber bushings to make the ride better.

Describe "funny".... thats not the most descriptive of terms

They are bias ply tires. They will ride funny. It will steer funny too. I ran one set of bias plys once, and will never do that again! Sold them before 6 months was up, got the same size tire with similar tread (gnarly mud tires) in radials, different as night and day!!
