looks like you need the block machined and run a thicker head gasket. Dont know if it will be worth it for you maybe a new block?

I'm trying to do this right, I do want to keep this thing. There are no machine shops here (Fort McMurray, Canada) that will do it, well they don't do heads. The mechanic working on it said he worked with Chrysler and they used to use a spray on product called gasket shellac, anyone ever hear of it? I don't think I'll put the supercharger back on, just have no faith in it. Its my daily driver and I haven't been driving it for over 2 weeks. I just ordered a new water pump too, cause all the gaskets I've seen so far were in rough shape.

No, I was going to get the URD 7th injector kit, but this happened after 2 weeks running with the supercharger. I can't blame the supercharger after looking at the gasket and pitting on the block and head. It was only a matter of time before it got noticeably bad, the supercharger probably accelerated the gasket be blown.

I would suggest trying these or Edmonton. May be your best bet I know that pulling the engine is not all that appetizing however if you really wanna do it right that would be the way to go... you already have the heads off so not that added weight
