Wow, thank you for letting me know! I don't check my PayPal buttons every day and the PayPal inventory tracker was set at "0" thanks to the last time I sold out and never reset.

You, my friend, get a free O Gasket for letting me know. PM me with your address and I'll send one out to you.

Thanks again.

Don't hack up your OE metal gasket with a Dremel, go with a perfect fit gasket and material that won't transfer heat like metal will, the O Gasket. It's a CARBON mixture by the way, not paper.

Awesome writeup, I'll be doing this soon. I have the same throttle body as you, which doesn't have an EGR. One question, I pulled the vacuum hose off of the TB today while the engine was running, and I was surprised to learn the airflow wasn't pulling into the throttle body from the hose as I thought it would. It was actually pulling AWAY from the throttle body, into the hose, which leads into the back of the block. What hose is this?

Not sure what it does. There is a vacuum hose for the heater control I believe? I just unhook everything while the engine is off and cold and put everything back together. Hard to work on a hot engine with hot coolant (running through air idle control)
