For those with a wide band A/F gauge

When idling have you ever noticed a fluctuation in the A/F when stepping on the brake? Mine will settle nicely around 14.7 then when I step on the brake it instantly shoots up to about 15.5 or so, then it over corrects to about 14 then resettles on 14.7. Then when I release the brake it fluctuates all over again.

I'm guessing its from a change in the vac pressure (due to the brake booster) effecting the URD FTC pressure sensor.

goat I am still stock with a LM1 in my truck, i see the same flux. when the brake booster spins up it is leaning out the truck. It has nothing to do with the FTC as you are in closed loop when idling
