That thread is way too long to read on custom tacos. Will these be a complete bolt on for the 2 cat 4runners? I'd be worried about getting it smogged with only 1 cat living here in the land of smog nazis. Also are these going to be CARB exempt? I'll be up for a set assuming they will be.

We can put your name on the list over there. It might help if you register over there as well. They arent quite finished yet but should be done soon. Yes for the 3.4

How many cats you got?

Bolt on No, One weld is required. But you will still be able to keep both cats.

Oh, a weld is reqwired? Where? how hard?

Since i don't have a welder i would most likely have to go to a muffler shop to do the weld. Is that possible to intall everything but that piece and drive it there for the weld? (yes i know it will be LOUD)

ya its right next to the cat. Im sure there would be no problem driving a short distance to get it welded up. You might throw a code but you will know what its for then just clear it once all is done.

OK, Well we havent heard from Chris in a few days so I dunno where they are on these. I believe they are at the coaters right now. So it could still be a few weeks till shipment. Who knows. Can you throw a weld on for a temp. fix?

Thats the kind of stuff I like to hear! Just imagine yourself a nascar driver for a bit and all the fans yelling at you, and you wont even hear it after a while

Couldnt tell ya. Umm the crossover goes from driver to pax side right now but maybe you could fab them up for your situation,or just change the rest of the exhaust to the other side. Exactly what do you mean wrong side?

(Am I even understanding what your truck is like )

Ok folks. We have hit the 30 mark, so we are at that wonderful price for these awesome headers. However there are a couple of people that said they would commit yet havent gone over to CT to sign up for the GB. If you are against signing up over there let us know and we will get ALL your info at least and sign you up completley. However its easier to do over there (plus its another great forum)

And for anyone else looking at these. These are WONDERFUL headers at an excellent price. So come on and sign up, Im sure you guys want some new headers. (And with more people we just might be able to get another price break ) Let us know if you have any questions.

Looks like the headers are done and will be sent to the coaters this week.

"I am going to see where they are at with production today. I believe they are about to go out to the coaters this week. Which means, 1-2 weeks for the chrome guys and 2-3 for ceramic dudes. I'll get more info as I catch up today."

Put me on the list. I've wanted these for a long time! '99 4X4 Taco 3.4SC Ceramic would be nice, but I could live with Chrome
