Question tail light question

I am relatively new at working on my own cars but am much more apt to do so on my 89 pu than my 02 4Runner. So, my brake light went out and I took it apart so clean the contacts and it still didn't work. Now, my rear turn signal on the same light does not work either but the reverse light does. I replaced both bulbs and still no luck. I disconnected the harness and swaped out the opposite side and it works just fine, whew! So, I have determined that it is the wiring for the lights. My question is, what is that called? I need the whole assembly, piece with 3 holes for bulbs, and wiring harness. Where can I get this at? Do I have to go to a stealership or can I pick them up at a local auto shop or online? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the fuses?

I had both rear reverse lights out when I brought the truck earlier this year. At first a mechanic told me due to the previous owner before the previous owner, who had these stupid aftermarket brake lights on and did some weird ass wiring job, tht I probably wouldn't have any reverse lights. However I replaced both complete tail light assemblies and I now have all my lights as he tapped in AFTER the harness connectoin, and not before. It's really simple to do actually. What isn't simple is the COST of these damn things. It cost me, keep in mind I pay Cost plus 10% for Toyota parts through a connection at a dealership due to a family member, and I paid over $250 CDN funds from a dealership.

The benefits though are all my lights work great, and the new complete tail light assemblies really fresheed up the rear of the truck as they are new.

I did check the fuses and they were all good. What about these?

It seems like it is the whole assembly? The only thing that confuses me is that it says the "B" is the whole assembly and the "a" is just lens's? I'm going to dial them up in the morning.
