I'm wondering if anyone knows if the 16" steel wheels for the Toyota Tacoma will fit on my 1998 4Runner with 16" alloys. I'm looking into buying snow tires and would like a set of wheels for each.

I thought the 4Runner had larger brake assemblies - hence needing more space that the Tacoma rims don't have?

 

15 inch tacoma rims will NOT fit on a 4runner that came with 16's.
16 Tacomas will fit ona 4runner that came with 16's

 

... and 16" Tundra rims will fit an 03 that came with 17s.
