I've discovered a new problem guys. My t4r shuts off on me sometimes. Only shuts off at stop lights. What could cause my t4r to shut off at stop lights sometimes? It doesn't happen all the time. So at stoplights i always put my t4r in neutral now. Could a bad fuel filter cause this? What about spark plug and wires? I just ordered NGK plugs and wires.

 

Air Idle Control Motor (Valve) or TPS.

Good idea to start with plugs and wires first, you might as well pull the throttle bottle and clean it also.

 

I would say to clean out the TB and IACV

 

i cleaned the tb already. i'll check the other things. good thing when it shuts off i can start it up on frst try.

 

also does anyone know what kind of NGK plugs i got? i ordered from Taylor Automotive and they're the 1.81 ones. are those the v-powers? has anyone ordered wires and plugs from them? this is my first time ordering from them.
