Switching Tacoma electic huds to manual

I have a 95 tacoma and have 94 hubs laying around and was wondering if they would fit on my tacoma or would i have to buy different manuel hubs?

No, they won't fit. You need Tacoma manual hubs.

The stub shafts on the manual setup are thinner than the ADD system. In other words more likely to break.

You don't understand what you're asking. Your truck doesn't have "electric hubs," it has drive flanges with a disconnecting stub shaft on the differential. To convert to manual hubs, you need to buy new spindles, new CV shafts, Toyota Aisin hubs, and possibly new wheels depending on hub clearance. It will cost $1000+ everything said and done.
