I did a search and could not come up with an answer. So here goes. When you remove the cap covering the ADD hub. There are the bolts to remove the hub then one more under the little gold cap thing. Correct me if I am wrong on that. My question is how do I remove the gold cap?

 

It's just held on there with some sort of sealant i believe. I just banged it off.

 

The one about the size of a quarter that has the single bolt in the middle of it? Just pull it off, only thing holding it is it's stuck to the grease.

If you mean the hub, after the cone washers are out, pry it off with a screwdriver.
