sweet got in bushwackers today................
and at first i thought theysent me oem flares. i freaked out but upon firther inspection and a cal to jc whitney they turned out to be the right ones also thanks to jonathan for a little picture cross referancing. anyways just gotta wait a few short weeks untill they get painted along withy the new bumper installation and having the side steps welded on.
sorry just happy to finally have them (backordered for 2 weeks and wernt supposed to arrive till the 19th)
and guiness a day the day before it goes into the shop ill rip off the old ones and send em to you door. they should fit in the same box also which will be a huge help.
lots of mods to do this weekend: new grill and inserts, driving lights, push bar (maby?), sound proffing, etc etc

Can't wait to see them! I just got a set also and did the dry fit the other day.
I am going to get them painted and was just wondering if there is anything special about painting the edge trim/ rubber seal? Anybody done this?

Gonna get them painted white to match. I've always liked the clean look w/ color coded flares even though the unpainted black would be easier to take care of (and hassle free).
And after seein pix of Jonathan's rig w/ the painted bushwackers I was convinced. But I'm still debating on whether or not to paint the front valence as well.....

ALTN:
What year 'runner do you have? I am looking for front mudgaurds for my 97 4runner w/ the black sr5 trim. You probably had the running boards w/ the endcaps but if you had the mudgaurds and are willing to sell them because of your new ones, PM me or email me or something, I'm willing to pay cash money!!$
