sway bar bushings-problem!

sway bar bushings-problem!
ordered the sway bar bushings kit-8.5118g.(02 tacoma-trd) got the sway bar bushings on. took the end links off. the new poly bushings are too small!! the diameter of the hole is too small!! am i missing something, or do i have the wrong bushings? they don't look like the right ones!
