Supercharged 5VZ Hard Starting?

I just installed my supercharger about a month ago along with Supra injectors, IK22 plugs and a unichip tuner. My truck currently has about 185k miles and it has been meticulously maintained by me and the previous owner. The truck seems to run great with the supercharger and associated tuning. No pinging under load. However once in a blue moon (1 out of every 40 starts or so) after the truck has been turned off for 45 mins or so and I go to start it, it misses and dies. When I go to crank it again I will tap the gas and it will start and rev fine. Everything is then back to normal. Why does it do this? Any ideas? I should also ad that I haven't noticed any coolant or oil loss or discoloration.

First off, check your spark plug gap. IK22's tend to vary out of the box.

Sensors--TPS and etc.....but if it makes you feel better...mine does this in a blue moon also. Usually after heat soaking on a hot day.

No, no SC--looking to put one on soon though--

I make my rounds--usually with the Krawltex group outta North Austin. We are a mix of rigs.

Like i said though--i would start going over all the little sensors and such. Personally, i wouldnt bother unless it got worse......

I say TPS because it causes odd problems as it gets old--so maybe it is heat soaking and causing your issue. Or maybe a leaky injector or 7th injector?

I have the Supra injectors. A couple orings got ripped on install so they were leaking, but those have been replaced. I will check my gap soon. I know that I remember bending the center on one of the plugs on the IK22s when i was gapping it so maybe that is it.

No, I mean are the injectors leaking fuel? How many miles on the TPS and associated sensors? Fuel pressure regulator?
