Just got my 265s on my rockcrawlers so i could put the super swampers in the house. Anyways, I got to talking with the mechanic and he was interested in the stock rims. They're the 97 SR5s which are basically 3 spokes or whatnot. Anyways we came to a rough agreement that the set was his if he bought me the vortext cherrybomb (a la Burtman) and installed it for me. Total on my end would come out to 125 roughly, I'm just wondering if that's an alright deal on my part or am I getting shafted?

 

I think I have seen those rims go for around 100$ a piece here on YT.

 

I would say no deal, I see these rims sell all the time for $200-300
