If you're buying them used, I'd say about $30 or so per pair. Definately no more than $50.

The K value is definately below 500# (not sure the exact value).

Yes, the OME 890's are stiffer, slightly. This is according to the OME product information.

If you use them with OME shocks, I can't imagine you not preferring the ride quality over the stock setup.
