Sticky Clutch Cable

I took Sherpa out for a drive yesterday for the first time in over a week. Well, I had a terrible time trying to get it into gear. For the last few weeks I have heard a consistent squeak each time I actuate the clutch. It feels like my clutch cable is sticking. Is there any way to lubricate it?

Toyota trucks have used hydraulic clutches for a long time. There is no cable. Try lubricating the linkages.

No clutch cable, eh?

Didn't know that. Thanks.

I'll check the linkages.

Mine was squeaking a while back and it turned out to be where the linkage goes into the tranny. I believe that is called the slave cylinder right there. It's on the right side of the tranny.
