Stellar Blue Pearl???

Have taken interest in a runner that belongs to a guy on this site... It's a 5 speed 3.4L with an E-locker... The colour is Stellar Blue Pearl... but then beside that he has ( purple ) ... now in the pics it looks like a nice metalic dark blue.... I can't honestly say I have seen this colour, or atleast have not payed attention to it...

Can anybody give me some feedback on this colour??? He is 10 hours away from me, so going and looking at it is not a great option....

thanks!!!
Bob

J.A.'s website has color charts for the 3rd Gen 4Runners, just click on them to see them bigger:

I think that Blue color is one of the best looking colors on a 3rd Gen 4Runner!!!

As the proud owner of a Stellar Blue Pearl 4runner: it's a great color. The color that it appears depends on the angle the light is hitting it, how much you've waxed it, and where you're standing. In the dark, it looks quite dark, but in the day it ranges from a shiny blue to a deep blue (purple, if you must :-) ).

Mine!!! That is what I have...it is by far the prettiest color I have ever seen on one. It is chromatic and changes hues depending on the angle. It appears purple or blue, sometimes a green.
