Lately I've had way too much play in my 87 pickup. The play in the wheel is getting so bad I sometimes have trouble turning it just right on curvy roads. It's rather sad. I can move the wheel a good three to four inches before the tires actually turn. Is there not a power steering adjuster somewhere on this truck? How in the heck can I tighten up my steering a good deal.. I spent over 500 a couple months ago replacing the central drag linkage and putting a new tie rod on the drivers side.

 

i have sma eproblem but i dont have power sterring, i have a manual gear box, i think it might just need replacing.
