Steering pump rebuild kit??

The steering pump on my '92 Runner has blown its fluid all over the passenger's side front suspension. It still works but it goans for a few minutes every time I start the engine when everything is cold. I can't see where it is leaking from because everything is soaked in ATF.
Is there a rebuild kit for the seals in the pump?
Anyone have any suggestions on repair/purchase a new one.

Thanks,

Bill

I think mine is leaking too. One of the members here told me that his leaking was and it was from one of the hoses. Apparently he fixed it with a new clamp on the hose.

JSB,

I just saw your previous posts after seaching the archives for "steering pump". I'm going to start out by buying some more ATF with the leak stop stuff in it, clean all the crud off and then try to see if it is leaking from a hose or somewhere else.

Thanks for the help.

Bill

Just about any local auto parts store will have the parts needed to rebuild a pump.
Personally I'd use OEM parts.
