Starter problems

Im having problem with my starter not sure if its from the really cold temps or what. The problem is the solenoid is sticking. I turn the key and get nothing from the starter. After i turn the key a few times it will start. The starter seems to be strong as it only takes a sec or two to turn over with the cold weather. Also after the engine warms up i dont seem to have a problem when i need to start the engine. I was wondering if i should just replace the whole thing or just to repair solenoid. I did and search on starter rebuild and didnt find anything. Just looking for some opinions on this matter or if anyone tackled a starter rebuild. Im willing to tackle either task.

I would almost suggest waiting untill it warms up a bit and see how it acts then. If it still acts up, maybe time to replace it..?
