I have an '88 4runner and I just got back from a 3 week trip, when I got in the truck to try to start it, the truck just made a loud click and wouldn't crank over. my volt meter shows a good charge, around 12 volts, but when I try to crank it over it shows about 8 volts. The click sounds exatclly like the noise it makes when I try to crank it over without the clutch pressed. (if I try to crank it over without the clutch in it makes the same noise and the volt meter goes down the same amount)
