Started on my discos..

Here is a test fit.. I was not able to get 8" bolts, and these look like they are going to be very close looking at a stock one I have here.. But I am back to using the lock collars to hold the bushings (I am going to notch a flat spot on the bolt to keep it from slipping..) I also am going to use a nylon lock nut that has been drilled out as a stop above the pin.. I found that any washers or the pin alone could limit the rotation of the rod end, so I will have one lock nut that can slide down the bolt shaft, held up by the pin and the top one installed upside down to give a nice free movement (there will also be a pin on top to keep it tight...) Now I have to pick up all my bushings (I have orderd a full hyperflex kit, low profile bump stops, and the sway bar link bushings (the hyper flex kit has the bar bushings)

Here is a photo.. see the reversed nylon nuts? I still need to drill the nut out (then the rod end will be further donw the bolt) and drill the 2 holes for the pins and find & notch for the stop collar
