stall speed of stock A340?

I searched to no avail...

I have a friend starting a Formula Toyota rock-crawler and he's going to use the A340 behind a 22re with one of my shifters. He has driven the Jeep AW4 version of the tranny which comes with a ~2100 stall speed and knows he wants something lower. So does anyone know about what Toyota used? Any different ones for different years or motors?

Or can anyone recommend a good place for a custom one?

If this helps...

Stock 3rd gens with a stock TC and stock A340 have a stall speed of 2200RPM.

thanks, he's looking for something probably around 14-1500 for rock-crawling, so it looks like he needs to go custom.

2100-2200 is about right for the A340

when they SC them they recomend stepping up to a 2500, but 2700 is to much or so they say.

and why so low?

He wants it low to get less lag time after stomping the gas. I have no complaints with the 2100 stall in my rock-crawler, but I've never driven anything with a significantly different stall, and he has so I won't argue.
