Headlight conversion

Ordering some 99-02 style diamond cut headlights for my 96 limited, is there anything else i should know before i do this, or is it a straight swap, should i also change the marker lights , or are they the same .

Thanks Guys !

It's a staight swap. You can use the frosted side markers that come with your 4Runner without problem. The newer clear ones may match up better in terms of looks, but you will have no problems with installation using the old ones. I have the newer headlights with the older style side markers and I think it looks very good.

Bolt on. The only rub I found was not noticing that a "ball" actually unscrewed. Took me longer than it should have (not saying how long) to realize what needed to be done.

Seriously though, it takes longer to remove your grill than to swap the headlights.
