Stainless or ceramic headers?

I am thinking about putting some headers on my truck. Are ceramic coated and stainless steel about the same in quality or will one last longer? I am thinking about the LC Engineering headers, but they are expensive. Are any of the cheaper headers on eBay good? Anyone using them? They have some Pacesetters and some other off-brands on there. I am also assuming that used headers are probably not worth it.

pacesetter sucks... and if ebay you mena some no name brand i say stay away, you will be pleasantly surprised or horribly let down, and this is probably the more likely of the 2... stainless looks good, but ceramic in my opinion is better becasue it will help keep the engine bay cooler by insulating the hot gases and getting rid of them rather than heatsoak and get the engine hotter...

Thanks for the reply. I will stay away from off brands. What about used headers? I found a Thorley header on Craigslist for $100. Would it be worth it to buy it and then send it somewhere to have it ceramic coated?
